Great venue, thanks

For our recent 20th Anniversary, MEL 2020 Ltd were extremely happy to say that all dealings with the Awakeri Events center have been, helpful, friendly, professional and accommodating. We have used the Awakeri Events Centre in the past for events and will gladly use them again.

This venue is amazing, especially for large groups and birthdays. We had our daughters 21st birthday here September 2024. It had everything we needed and the committee members that helped us done an amazing job of looking after us before, during and after the birthday. So grateful to Meloney and her whanau for looking after us.

We would not hesitate to recommend this venue to others. Supporting our local venues.

We visited Awakeri Events Centre for a full day teacher training programme. The venue is outstanding – the setting is inspiring and the staff and facilities are just what you would expect from a professional top class venue. The hosts did their best to ensure that our needs were met – which they were – and this contributed to Avery successful day for us.

I was catering for a large group at Awakeri Events Centre and found the facilities to be just perfect, the kitchen is a good space to work in and makes catering at AEC a great experience, I can recommend the Awakeri Events Centre to anyone wanting to host a wedding or corporate function.
